Project: operation comparison among MOUSSY and similar brands

As a team, we designed the questionnaire about Japanese brand Moussy, distributed a brand marketing survey both online and in the field, analyzed the collected data as well as sales information to make a comparison between Moussy and Dazzle. We also categorized basic style and image style to analyze its competitive advantages. The project developed us to improve the ability of survey designing, data collection and data analysis; and it enabled us to rationally allocate assignment and work efficiently with group members.
Project: Apparel technical design
The project primarily investigated the fashion trend, designed clothes with trendy features, made pattern and finish assembling it.

Fashion Market Research and Prediction
In Fashion Market Research and Prediction class, my team distributed surveys online and in the field to collect data about demands for a certain clothing brand and what attracts customers most; and based on the data analysis, we made a conclusion about future needs and suggestions for revisions.
Group and Interpersonal Dynamics
The course provides us numerous examples about interpersonal communication and develops student to navigate a complex environment of hidden group dynamics. In this class, I learn to manage challenges within multicultural team and think in others' shoes when conflicts emerges.
Social Media Marketing
Social Media class engages us in analyzing social media platforms, learning basic tactics and practically utilizing them to promote business by doing platform analysis, social media audit and WPI social media project. In this class, I am able to have a deep understanding on social media and its marketing strategies to best increase brand awareness and maximize future market results.

Love seeing things from different perspectives so as to find a new and innovative method. Traditional mode of thought is not my preference. In group, after finishing my own part, I'd like to make PowerPoint because it's designing thing, and I love doing something like this.
As a student with engineering background, the curriculum provided by Foisie Business School enabled me to analyze things from different perspectives. I learn professional knowledge with lots of real life examples, negotiation skills within a multicultural team, and I also develop decision-making ability in WPI.
New things will definitely inspire me to generate ideas. In current developing society, the person who adapts to new changes wins; I'm willing to dig my toes into the water and take advantage of them. Path is shown up only when thousands of people walk through.
